I have been on hold for hours on the phone waiting for customer service to answer the phone so that I can use my travel credit to book another flight. Why is no one answering?
I have called waited 20 minutes, hung up because I have to take care of something. I did this a couple of times but this time I have been on hold for about 3 hours with no one answering.
After all the money we spend with these companies we should be able to get some customer service. I have resorted to this because I hope Flight will see this and respond so that they can resolve this issue.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $919.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: I could not use my travel credit.
