Flighthub - Flight Discount doesn't appear in my Check out

I am booking dates May 1st 2019 -May 9th 2019 from Seattle Tacoma SEA to Greenville SC Spartaburgh and the discount price of $155 per round trip flight doesn't appear in my checkout after I select the discount and go into my account it appears to be a different amount per each passenger. Please help me have the amount appear in my checkout, so I can reserve at the value the ticket is at this moment. thank you very much

Flighthub - Fare scam

Booked 2 flights for the prices shown and after providing all the information required as well as credit card info and checking the correct total for the tickets before accepting I was shocked to see that the amount that went through on my credit card was higher than what had been indicated. When I called to address this error I was told that this can happen because airlines change their fees continuously. I know this happens but why was I not given the revised amount before paying instead of being shown the amount I was lead to believe I would be paying. Flighthub refused to credit the difference and would cancel the transaction only if I paid $75.00 per ticket! I will never book with them again! This was a deliberate dishonest misrepresentation and an outright scam!!!

we rebooked the ticket last night for my father and used the travel credit. I gave them a new CC #. They charged my card and it's in my bank statement. But I got an email saying need an immediate attention. MY father called and they said my card was declined. I can send you my bank statement.Booking # 119-343-971.

Flighthub - Changing the flight date is half the total price

I have been using flighthub since last year.Everything was so smooth with the airline ,no issues in the past.Today, I asked to change the dates.Unfortunately,Julia(agent)charge$600+ ,and Julius(supervisor) charge $700+.Its very expensive to change flight dates.I hope that they will make some changes to their policy to offer change dates for a lower cost.Because sometimes we have emergencies and as a loyal customer we are hoping for you to compromise. I admit,I like using this site ,but I think this will be the last reservation and won’t recommend it to a friend anymore.

Flighthub - Ticked off with customer service

I am one ticked off consumer. You use a travel agency thinking u should get better service than airlines but totally not true. The telephones operator the first Time I made reservation didn’t speak good English and he spelled my name wrong on reservation after me repeatedly telling him. Called back and they charged me $25 to correct it. Then they put me and my husband on separate reservation making impossible to sit together. Pretty much told me I had to call the two airlines separately to correct problem. So pretty much u would be better off going thru airlines in fit place . Uh so so mad since we have an infant and it makes whole ordeal rough to fly separately.Dont use this agency!!!!
