Published 88 seconds ago NO ACCOUNTABILITY My sister on March 31st booked my flight along with my 2 daughters leaving on the 7th of May and when she received the itieniary the departure date read May 6th.She called right away and asked them to fix it and was told a supervisor will call to assist with the change.

She provided her phone # and mine. It's now April 3rd and we received no phone call.

I called this evening at 11 ish pm to follow up and was told they have no call registered in their system and as such must charge the cancellation + rescheduling fees accordingly, Please book directly with airlines as I always have and will continue to do.NEVER use these ridiculous sites trying to rape their customers.

Preferred solution: flighthub needs to switch the date to the correct date with no penalty's..
