We bought the tickets on the phone because some visa and passport issues, The travel agent said that there is no any problems, that he checked all requirements with Lufthansa and we can fly.We bought the tickets.
My wife and 6 years old son were in the Montreal Airport on time 3 hrs prior the flight. And.... They were rejected to be boarded because of the "Visa problems". When my wife called to Flighthub she been told that it her problem and they don't care, and she even can't get a refund.
After 2 hrs of conversations Flighthub promised to refund with $300 penalty for each ticket. I was 2.5 hrs on the phone with the Flighthub to resolve the issue today. It is WORTH Travel company. Keep away.
