I opted out of the optional Manulife travel insurance when booking my flight.

I have my own insurance broker. Yet several times a day since I booked my flight through Flight Hub, I receive notification from my credit card company that an online transaction has been attempted.

I have read the terms and conditions.

I realize that Flight Hub claims no responsibility for third party providers but based on this experience, I will not be booking with Flight Hub again. I have never had this issue when booking though other travel apps.

I am completely thinking the same. FlightHub just cheats consumer.

I had the same experience as yours. They charged me lots of money for no reason. I called them for that but the lady on the phone said to me that they are just following the company's policy. OMG!!!

Company policy has only been created on theft. They are international thieves
