On four occasions I asked to speak to a Supervisor.Twice I hung up after being on hold for ten minutes.

Twice they said a Supervisor would call and he didn't. They basically lied to me. Easy to make a booking. Not so easy to cancel.

Their customer service is staffed by reps whose first language is not English and therefore difficult to talk to and understand. Avoid FlightHub at all cost. I have been asked to enter at least 100 words, why I don't know since it can all be wrapped up in one - deplorable. Deplorable.
