Flighthub - Terrible experience
Had to cancel my flight to LA fue to fires. Was advised that $447 credit was good for a year and paid $75 cancellation fee. Tried rebooking for february and have been told it will cost another $480 on top of the credit. Their excuse is that the airline is charging a rebooking fee of $200 each. This is theft, they wont transfer our credit tobthe respective airlines either.

I just called today to find out about the prices and ask if the amount appeared on their site is the right amount. The agent was not even listening and did not respond to me. And he started asking for my infos and number as if I want to book right away. I was just wondering about the price and he is trying to get my email to send me the tickets and asked about if I have my credit card ready. Also, I don't understand what he was saying. What the heck is wromg with that guy.
Flighthub - HELP WITH MY MISTAKE AND TRYING TO COMPESATE FOR MY MONEY
I ACCIDENTALLY CHOSE THE WRONG DESTINATION ON MY TICKET FOR DEC29 AND NOW I CANNOT GET ANY HELP OR Reimbursement FROM THE Company or at least credit. Very poor customer service .I will never to business with them again.
Flighthub - I didn’t want insurance
I clearly marked that I did not want their overpriced insurance. I can buy the same level of insurance for 1/7 of the cost elsewhere. They still added the cost to my ticket and whwn I called they said I could not cancel it. I went completely ape *** on the poor customer service girl and after several minutes she did in fact cancel it. It is shsmeful that Flighthub employs such dirty business practices to rip off consumers. Ill be using Cheepo Air in the future
