FlightHub is the worst online travel website. STAY AWAY!
FlightHub is the worst online travel agent. Never buy a ticket from them.
They are completely incompetent and they have terrible customer service.
I made the mistake of trying to buy a ticket from them a second time. After buying the tickets, I was charged more for seats that I did not request. When I told them that I did not, they accused me of lying and then said they cannot do the refund as the money has been sent to the airline, and I should call there. The airline said they cannot as the ticket is under FlightHub's control and FlightHub should be able to request a refund.
So now, I am being bounced back and forth like a ping pong.
The first time I tried to book with FlightHub, they booked tickets that got cancelled, then rebooked them at a higher cost and I had to finally cancel the whole ticket.
If you try to call them, they never pick up their lines.
The only way to get in touch with them is to leave a message on Facebook and then wait for them to call you. WHY HAVE A TOLL-FREE LINE?
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Hi,
Please be aware to book your flights through Flighthub. They will put your call on hold for hours.
I called them to cancel my flight within the 24 hours period but due to the long wait and hold times, I waited for more than 8 hours to reach out to them. When I was finally able to speak to them, I passed my 24 hours period and they refused to cancel my ticket with a full refund. In fact, they put all the blame on me saying that it's my responsibility to reach out to them on time.Very disappointed as I am their regular business client. If they can do this to me then you are not a big deal.
Be aware guys !! Better choose other agencies like Expedia or CHEAPOAIR.

I have a $265.56 credit with West Jet
I went online to flighthub.com to rebook to a new destination on Wednesday April 20 2022 and am still waiting for any type of response, confirmation, acknowledgement from your office. Your site states: We are currently working to process your request.
Be on the lookout for an email confirmation which we'll be sending out once we have everything finalized!
This process can take a few minutes to a few hours. It has been days and I would like to get this sorted out so that I can continue to book the rest of my vacation
